I’ve met with Mark several times over the last few years and he has always been very welcoming. He has taken an interest in me and my family and been able to give me some excellent advice and always manages to explain it in a way I can understand and where I feel it takes into account what I want to achieve. Mark has an extremely calm and approachable manner and is always prepared to consider a range of options – nothing seems like too much trouble to him. In what can often appears to be a complicated area, Mark always tries to simplify things and I come away feeling confident in what we have discussed and agreed.
